Mercury Ship Repairs Pvt Ltd was actively involved in the fabrication, installation, commissioning and operation of the first Shiplift of India (Syncrolift Shiplift S-3487), at Naval Ship Repair Yard, Karwar.

 

It was the prime contractor of M/s Rolls Royce Naval Marine for the entire project. Qualified technical manpower and equipment are available for undertaking any type of Shiplift Installation.

Following works can be undertaken:-

• Procurement of Steel to client specifications with test certificates

• Fabrication of individual Platform Steel Structure modules as per specifications

• Transportation of modules to site

• Erection of modules and Assembly of Platform

• Complete assembly and installation of Hoists and associated structure including Trunions

• Sourcing of Platform Rails, installation and alignment.

• Installation of Motor Control Centre and associated Cabling

• Installation of Wooden Decking or Steel Grillage Decking

• Reeving and Un-reeving of Wire ropes on Drum
